Paintings 2013

Traversing nature, I am awed, seduced into an eternal beauty for my taking. Reality is skewed by our perceptions, leaving wonder. Expression is one way to celebrate.

  1. Today I am in the mood for these wonderful abstract drawings in paint. I love the color and all the complexities of mark and gesture. I feel like my grids are slow color. These feel like fast color. Interesting.

  2. Many favorites here and I am so interested in your exploration in two very distinct directions. Hmmm. How will this continue?

  3. I like your new paintings and I will see them in the flesh when we return to Maine in the spring.
Vince is quite frail. We have had atough winter. For dear Vince, it is congestive heart failure with his right lung filling with fluid. Scary , yet we are trying to face everything with apositive attitude..putting one foot in front of the other, as it were.
Hugs to you and Sandy We arethinking of you and your special Dad, Haven
